As a poutine purist, I was skeptical about adding rotisserie chicken to this classic dish. I'm happy to say I was completely wrong - this is possibly the best poutine I've ever had! The chicken adds so much flavor, and the gravy is rich and savory without being too salty. The large size is enough to share, but you won't want to!
This has become my ultimate comfort food. The combination of crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds, and that amazing rotisserie chicken is just perfect. I always add extra cheese curds because you can never have too many! Delivery was quick and everything was still hot. The container keeps everything from getting soggy.
Really good poutine with generous portions of chicken. My only suggestion would be to offer a bit more gravy - I like mine extra saucy. The Chalet sauce gravy option is interesting and worth trying if you're a fan of their signature sauce. Would definitely order again!
